These are what I’ve found to be my key to happiness:
A few very close friends
Peaceful relationships with family members
Time in nature
Fun! (many things fit into this category)
Being part of a community
Having a mentor or guide
A comfortable home
It takes time to discover what these are for any one person, and it’s a never-ending process of finding balance within them as life changes. Personally, it sure is nice to have a list to refer to though when I’m feeling out of sorts so I can see what’s missing or has been neglected. Might I recommend that you take a moment to make a list of your own and see what might need a bit more attention….
