Nikki Aiello is a WCI Certified Recovery & Life Transition Coach, Lifestyle Consultant, and Yoga Instructor with over 20 years in the field and practice of mind/body medicine. Her personal journey of recovery from substance abuse and mental illness is what led her to the work she does today. She knows, firsthand, the power of nutrition, yoga, mood and stress management, functional medicine, therapy, and lifestyle change in transforming one's life.
 
Nikki has over 800 hours of specialty training in yoga including Yoga for Mood Management, Individualized Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Addiction, and Ayurveda, and has been teaching for 15 years. In addition to coaching and consulting, she runs her own home yoga studio in Denver. Learn more here.

Samantha Miller, LCSW is a psychotherapist providing sessions in Denver and online. She provides compassionate, modern, and relevant therapy to people who are interested in creating a more wholehearted and joyful life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker she offers individual therapy to support the treatment of anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Theresa Giglio is a CCAR Certified Recovery Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Entrepreneur. She has worked at multiple treatment centers and universities implementing different programs and mentoring students one-on-one. Theresa believes that we are not broken, we just haven't been taught to access our wholeness. Theresa focuses on a holistic approach to healing, helping young people reach their physical, mental, and spiritual goals. Theresa’s own recovery journey has paved the way to help her be able to help hundreds of young people receive the love, support, and resources they need to live their best life.

Kelly Miller is a Master Certified Nutritional Therapist and CCAR Certified Recovery Coach. With food as the foundation, Kelly helps people balance their unique biochemistry. She leads them to build a lifestyle that takes a holistic approach to sleep, stress, exercise, community, relationships, spirituality, and emotional growth. Learn more about Kelly here.
