Wednesday Night Special

 on Zoom! 

Treat yourself to a weekly dose of self-care!

Weds 7:30-8:30pm MST

All Levels/Ages 18-90!

Slow/Breath-centered/Deep stretch

(1st and 3rd Weds each month have a Yoga Nidra practice for 2nd have of class)

Set yourself up in the comfort of your own home with a candle, calming music, dim lighting, maybe some essential oils, and I will lead you through a balancing and restorative practice that will leave you feeling calm, centered, and ready for a restful sleep. This class is suitable for all ages and levels of practitioners


I've only joined yoga during the pandemic, so all of it has been done in a virtual environment.  I'm best suited to "exercise" in private since my back issues prevent me from being able to stretch and move in the same manner as most people.  It's a little embarrassing, so being able to join without the video engaged (of me), allows me the freedom to do what I can - in a modified way.  Also, Nikki has been great in asking the class if there are particular requests.  Her classes are well thought out and incorporate the "whole" body and mind.  I'm lucky to have found Nikki.  The benefits are so worth the time.

The Wednesday evening classes are a great mid-week reset after the busyness and stressors of life and work are in full force. It's my opportunity to slow down, rebalance and refocus for the days ahead..



I love Wednesday night Zoom yoga from home. I don’t have to drive anywhere. My dog usually comes over and snuggles next to me. I can wear my pajamas, and go to bed afterwards — totally relaxed, my body all stretched out, my mind clear. In fact, during post-yoga meditation, I often fall asleep on my mat because I am so relaxed. Of course, Nikki is a great guide and teacher.
